nanowrimo 2020: update 3

Welp, what started as a great week full of enthusiasm has turned into a bit of a slog. Between the election and the fact that my wife and I closed on our first house this week - both events which had far more excitement than I would have liked - I have not found the focus necessary to write.

With the house closed officially yesterday (!) and the election results becoming clearer, I hope to make time tomorrow to write and get back on the proverbial horse!
